PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (Agricultural Microfinance)

 

  •  Develop products and services relevant to the needs of the existing clients and/or new markets. Responsible for ground-work activities that will serve as basis for the design, analysis and piloting/execution of innovations in new and existing products and service.

 

Qualifications:

 

  •   Male/Female, preferably single, below 40 years old
  •  Graduate of 4-year course (Agriculture-related course preferably with background in statistics, economics, market and/or communication research)
  •  At least 2 year experience in agri-rural development projects, market research, economic/social researches, Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel, Word and Powerpoint, good communication skills, analytical and keen on details

 

AUDIO-VIDEO PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE/PRODUCER/WRITER

 

  •    The AVP Associate or Producer/Writer works as project supervisor. His/Her responsibilities include conceptualization, scriptwriting, reportorial works, and other pre- and post production activities to complete any assigned project for the MF-NGO (and umbrella organization, Bank, Training Institute if these structures will be realized) and occasional events. He/She ensures that scripts and videos created show not only the creative input but signifies the role in reaching out to greater audience in terms of achieving the organization’s vision, mission and goal.

 

Qualifications:

 

  •  Male/Female, Single/Married, At least 23 years old, College graduate (Journalism, Broadcast Communication, Masscom, Film, Multimedia)
  •  Good writing skills, production skills, script writing, manipulation of video equipment and related computer applications such as Final Cut, After Effects, Maya, Dreamweaver, Photoshop or any multimedia software, has project management skills, technical and creative writing, interview skills and editing skills.
  •  Preferably with 2-3 years experience in AVP production in any media outfit or advertising agency.

 

HRD ASSOCIATE/ ASSISTANT

 

  •  Responsible to assist the Department for the efficient, effective and timely delivery of staffing requirements by providing the right fit for every job vacancy.
  •  Aligns all recruitment and staffing activities on upholding the vision & mission of the organization.

 

Qualifications:

 

  •   Male/Female, Single, not more than 30 years old
  •   Graduate of 4-year course (Business Admin.; Accounting; IE, Psychology)
  •  Written and Verbal communication skills   
  •  With at least 1 year of relevant work experience

 

BRANCH ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE/ASSISTANT

 

  •   Responsible for the overall bookkeeping and recording of the branch, supports the Branch Accountant by providing accurate and timely records.  

 

Qualifications:

 

  •  Graduate of Accountancy
  •  M/F, Adept in accounting system and principles
  •  Knowledgeable in  general accounting, cash flow, bookkeeping and financial report
  •  Familiar in branch to head office and head to branch office reporting
  •  Willing to be assigned anywhere KMBI operates
  •  Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

 

PROGRAM ASSISTANT/ACCOUNT OFFICER

 

  •  Responsible for the implementation of KMBI’s microfinance program in his/her area of assignment, organizing, forming centers and development of center leaders, processing, monitoring, recording and evaluating the loans of KMBI clients.

 

Qualifications:

 

  •  M/F, Graduate Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course or Undergraduate (with at least 84 units)
  •  People Oriented, with strong Christian Values 
  •  Willing to do fieldwork, and willing to be assigned to any KMBI branch
