A total of 106 Officers from the Head Office and Branches convened for the annual assembly last January 17-19, 2018 to uncover KMBI's plans for 2018.

The three-day activity, held at Quest Hotel and Conference Center, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, focused on the KMBI's future plans anchored on its seven strategic directions.

Included in the assembly is a series of framework orientations from the Transformational Development and Training Group to give the participants a fresh view on the processes of how products and services are developed and implemented. Amongst the topics discussed are: 1) Social Performance Management; 2) Progress out of Poverty Index; 3) Client Protection Principles; and 4) Customer Relations Management.

On the other hand, the Human Capital Department conducted a policy reinforcement on the new employee referral incentive program and the revised Code of Conduct.

KMBI President and Vice-Chairman, Mr. Eduardo C. Jimenez, spearheaded the launching of KMBI's theme verse for 2018, centered on Romans 12:1-2.

A commitment run was held on the last day, symbolic of the long road ahead that requires sacrifice and dedication from the participants to be able to achieve the long-term vision of the organization.

Since 2014, the General Assembly has been taking place annually to solidify communication, cooperation, and fellowship among branch and Head Office officers. This also aims to promote unity by enhancing staff valuing and building close & healthy relationships.
