KMBI successfully mounted its biennial Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEaD) Camp at the SMX Premier, Lanang, Davao City, empowering more than 800 KMBI staff.

Becoming a Living Sacrifice

In his plenary talk, he dissected this year’s theme verse of Romans 12:1-2 which says, "I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."

The afternoon session teemed with talks in the form of breakout sessions. Dr. Gloria P. Jimenez acquainted the Board and Management with the fundamentals of succession planning.
