From April 11 to May 4, 2016, KMBI embarked on a nationwide campaign to empower center officers through the Center Leader's Conference (CLC). A total of 5,678 center presidents attended the said activity in 12 different areas nationwide. A total of Php1.5 Million was invested for this endeavor.

The CLC (also known as the ENTREP Leadership Forum) is an activity designed to empower local leaders hone their social skills and become better influencers within their communities. The CLC also serves as a venue to foster camaraderie and cascade other advocacies of KMBI.

For this year, the CLC program tackled the importance of leadership and people management, the significance of center meeting, financial literacy and an overview of the APPEND Party-List.

KMBI is forward looking to make this local training a yearly event.
