To improve employee welfare, the Total Rewards Management Division mounted a Health & Wellness Activity last May 27, 2016. Included in the activity were Massage Sessions, Nutritional Planning for weight loss through Nutrilife and Flu Vaccinations, of which 62 staff and dependents availed.
Studies show that increasing the investment for employee welfare programs increases the chance to get better performing workers, lowered absenteeism and health care costs. This in turn increases job satisfaction and raising retention rates.
