This Christmas, let us demonstrate the essence of joy and unity. Before you dispose the pile of non-biodegradable waste from your household, why not turn it into cash? Gather all the recyclable materials you can find and cooperate with your fellow program members to light up the Christmas spirit in your center house. The “Masagana at Masaya ang Krismas Dito sa KMBI – Design Your ENTREP Center” contest is open to all active KMBI Program Members. Refer to the details below.
Rules and Guidelines
Eligibility
The contest is open to all active KMBI ENTREP centers nationwide.
General Guidelines
a. Centers should be decorated by KMBI program members (Center Level).
b. Centers must use recycled materials and/or natural found objects (leaves, stones, twigs, sand, wood)
c. KMBI will only need a picture of the actual center. It should be photographed with any camera and set to the highest resolution.
d. Take note that entries coming from ENTREP Centers must be a collaborative effort of the program members.
e. It will be the responsibility of the POs and PUH to disseminate the contest guidelines in their respective center.
f. Poster design (attached) shall be printed in A4 paper and displayed in KMBI ENTREP Centers during the contest duration.

How to Join?
1. Participating Program Members will collaboratively create a Christmas decoration made from any recycled materials and/or natural found objects to be displayed in their center house.
2. Send 5 pictures of the actual center in various angles. All centers must be photographed in jpeg format and e-mailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please make sure that the pictures are clear and taken at maximum resolution.
3. Write a brief description of your entry in the e-mail body. The description must be at least three (3) sentences long. (Description includes but is not limited to: materials used, how the decoration was created, etc.) The description may be written either in English or Tagalog.
4. Add the name of center, branch, contact number, name of P.O. and pic number using underscores as spaces in-between information in your jpeg entry.

5. The deadline for the submission of entries is on December 5, 2016.
Note: In case the participating ENTREP Center has no representative who can send the entry via email, the photo can be coursed through their Program Officer and sent via branch email.
Judging and Notification of Winners
Top finalist will be deliberated by a panel of judges. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

Final judging will be on December 8, 2016 and results will be announced on Dec 16, 2016. All winning entries will be posted in KMBI website and social networking sites and shall be publicized and used in all communication and activities of KMBI.
Winners shall be notified thru email and phone call. Cash prizes shall be awarded to all winners during the KMBI Christmas Party. The Corporate Affairs Office shall course all payments thru the branch or the department.

Terms and Conditions
The cash prize for winning entries from the Center Level shall be for safekeeping of the branch and will only be released to the winning center once center activity is identified.
Winning cash prizes for the ENTREP centers will be strictly used for center activity (e.g. Christmas party, community clean-up, additional fund for team building activity, etc). As much as possible, KMBI would like all the program members to benefit from the cash prize.
For monitoring purposes, center Leaders must submit a report to their respective Program Assistants on how the cash prize was spent. The report shall be forwarded to the Branch Manager and cc the Corporate Affairs Office at This email address is being protected from spambots. Participation in the competition grants KMBI the right to use the artwork in all media but not limited to communication and promotional materials, etc.
KMBI reserves the right to nullify or cancel any part/or all of the competition if fraud or any form of malfunction appears during the competition.
All artworks must not violate any of KMBIs code of conduct, policies, guidelines or any Philippine or any International laws and moral standards. Violators will be subject to investigation for any malicious content.
