The new KMBI Board of Trustees, through its management, organized a Special Assembly at the 4th Floor of KMBI Head Office, Valenzuela City on February 28, 2014. Head office staff and 64branch officers from its 36 branches attended the said assembly.
In accordance to the 2009 amended By-Laws, KMBI Corporate Members convened for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the KMBI Head Office, 12 San Francisco Street, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City on February 22, 2014.
