The program aims to define and elaborate the roles and responsibilities of KMBI key officers and introduce effective leadership concepts.

KMBI Kicks Off PM2PM Mentoring Program

KMBI, in collaboration with Ms. Lydia Malot, one of the outstanding clients of KMBI and 2015 CMA National Winner, conducted two (2) batches of livelihood training on Nata De Coco Processing at Metro Davao 2 Branch on November 7-8, 2019, attended by a total of 42 Program Members. Participants were given a Nata De Coco Business start-up kit after the training.

This activity is part of the new program of the Entrepreneurial Development Division, called "Program Member to Program Member (PM2PM) Mentoring" under the KMBI Success Circle Program, in which growth-oriented Program Members—whose enterprises have shown considerable progress—are selected to be mentors/coaches who are tasked to share their expertise and business practices to fellow Program Members in the form of livelihood training.
