In accordance to the 2009 amended By-Laws, KMBI Corporate Members convened for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the KMBI Head Office, 12 San Francisco Street, Karuhatan, Valenzuela City on February 22, 2014.

During the AGM, members of the corporation elected members of the Board of Trustees for 2014. The new Board of Trustees are:

David D. Gutierrez, Chairman and President; Eduardo C. Jimenez, Vice-Chairman and Vice-President; Atty. Romel R. Bagares, Corporate Secretary; Edgardo F. Garcia, Corporate Treasurer; Dr. Virginia P. Juan, Member; Atty. Rainier Q. Chu, Member; and Bishop Jose D. Dalino, Member.

The holding of the Annual General Meeting is governed by Section 1, Article IV of the KMBI Amended By-Laws which states that

“The annual meeting for the purpose of electing members of the Board of Trustees of the corporation shall be held every 4th Saturday of February each year.”
