HC-ASSISTANT FOR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (CASE MANAGEMENT)

Qualifications:
Graduate of Legal Management, Industrial/Labor Relations, Personnel/Human Resource Management, or any related course
With at least one (1) year of experience in handling labor cases
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Fast learner and team player

HR ASSISTANT FOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (4 months reliever)

Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Public or Business Administration or any related course
With 1 to 3 years related experience in Human Resources facets preferably in performance management
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Detail oriented and has the ability to multi-task
Must have strong Christian values

ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT REGIONAL COORDINATOR (VISAYAS AND MINDANAO AREA)

Qualifications:
A degree in Business, Admin/Management, Social Science course or related academic fields
A holder of an advanced degree in related fields is an advantage.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related field with experience on microfinance, training, project management and outreach/community development (livelihood and entrepreneurial)
With strong coordination skills, computer skills and a team player.
Ability to prepare curricula, modules and other learning objective program content.
With advance oral/written and interpersonal communication skills.

SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT REGIONAL COORDINATOR (For Visayas Area)

Qualifications:
Preferably Bachelor’s/College degree in Community Development, Sociology, Psychology, Business, Human Ecology, Mass communication, Transformation Leadership, and other related academic fields
At least one(1) year equivalent experience in project and program implementation, NGOs, or any job related experience
Must be a disciple maker (must have mentored at least 1 disciple)
A committed evangelical Christian
Exposure on microfinance/microcredit operations is an advantage
With strong background in values formation and transformation leadership.
