PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management and Development or any related course.
- With a minimum of one (1) year similar work experience.
- Advance skills in MS Office particularly in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Proficient in using performance management tools and other trending tools related to HR management and development.
- Problem-solver, flexible, self-motivated, team-oriented and dedicated. Willing to be assigned in Panay Ave., Quezon City.
