A degree in Business, Admin/Management, Social Science course or related academic fields
A holder of an advanced degree in related fields is an advantage.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related field with experience on microfinance, training, project management and outreach/community development (livelihood and entrepreneurial)
With strong coordination skills, computer skills and a team player.
Ability to prepare curricula, modules and other learning objective program content.
With advance oral/written and interpersonal communication skills.
