Preferably Bachelor’s/College degree in Community Development, Sociology, Psychology, Business, Human Ecology, Mass communication, Transformation Leadership, and other related academic fields
At least one(1) year equivalent experience in project and program implementation, NGOs, or any job related experience
Must be a disciple maker (must have mentored at least 1 disciple)
A committed evangelical Christian
Exposure on microfinance/microcredit operations is an advantage
With strong background in values formation and transformation leadership.
