PROGRAM OFFICER (175 vacancies from different branches - LUZVIMIN)

Graduate of any 2 or 4 year course, with at least 84 units earned
Must be people and rule oriented individual
Must be knowledgeable in facilitating group meetings
Equivalent work experience in the same capacity or in credit and collection management is an advantage, but not required.
Must be willing to do field work and has strong Christian values

ACCOUNT OFFICER( Cauayan, Surallah, Midsayap, Kabacan Branch)

Graduate of B.S. Agriculture or any related course
Relevant (1-3 years) experience in community development, community organizing, rural and agricultural development
Physically fit to withstand the requirements of travels and field activities.
Excellent presentation skills and Computer literate
Has strong Christian values


Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, CPA/CIA is an advantage but not required
Minimum of one (1) year experience as an audit staff in medium size institution (NGO, Cooperative or in Bank)
Has been with the organization for at least three (3) years and has significant experience in the field of auditing, operations and/or finance
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be willing to do travel to any KMBI Branches nationwide.
